Great question! Humans are very physical beings. It is hard for us to manifest things using only our minds. Much of this is a result of the society we grew up in.  We are taught at a young age that minds aren’t supposed to create things.  As a result, this then becomes a ‘No No’…and unless we practice manifesting, it doesn’t always come easy to us.  Our brain is a muscle, and needs to be exercised. With that said, it can be very useful to have something tangible to aid in any manifesting process.
Let’s Manifest!
In this following exercise you will literally plant a seed for prosperity (or anything else you wish to manifest). For this exercise you will need: a piece of paper, a pen, a seed or sapling, and any tools needed to plant it. I suggest once you’ve settled on what type of tree/seed you want to plant, you verify how to correctly plant it.
What seed of an idea do you want to plant? This can be anything from a skill or personal trait to protection or financial security. Be as specific as you can. Â If you’re not sure, take some much deserved personal time, and listen to yourself. Don’t try to reason with or outwit yourself. It won’t work. Â You’re mind will just get cluttered. Instead, simply quiet your thoughts (yes, I know this is hard…trust me…my brain hates to shut up).
Once you’ve found out what you would like to manifest, write it down on the piece of paper. You’ll notice I’ve provided a list of trees, choose one based on it’s energetic correspondence to your manifesting goal. This list of trees is mainly based on North America, so feel free to use others including (herbs and plants). Â Just make sure you do your homework first to match their energetic frequency to your goal.
Once you’ve picked your tree, pick it up and infuse it with your manifesting intentions.  There are many different ways to do this. For example, you can use visualization, blow your intentions into it, use your hands to move the intentions in, you get the picture. Basically, you do you!  If you’re using a pot, put the paper (with your written goal on it) in the bottom of the pot. If you’re planting it outside, put your piece of paper in the bottom of the hole you’ve dug. Secondly, cover the paper with a little soil, and thirdly, please plant your little tree. As your tree grows, visit it frequently, nourish it and give it strength and infuse it with your intentions. Feel free to name it, if you feel moved to do so. Bond with this new tree. As your little tree grows, so will your goal.
