Ah! Well this is definitely an interesting question now isn’t it? I wish I could tell you there’s one simple answer, but that’s not exactly the case here. Yes, we all get messages from Spirit, but, we all get them in different ways. Why? It’s simple – we’re different individuals, with different abilities. I’m going to share some of the basics with you in this post. Do me a favor though…remember I don’t speak for all psychics. Let’s start shall we?
How Do Spirits Find Their Psychic Mediums
Have you ever seen a lighthouse? Yes? Good. Picture one now. What is there general purpose? They’re a beacon of sorts right? Think of psychics like that. Our psychic abilities turn us into beacons and our signals are sent out to Spirit – whether we like it or not. All of the Spirit world can pick up on these signals. The spirits and entities that want to communicate can find their psychic medium quite easily.
They can see all the beacons near them. They have a kind of spiritual map or electrical grid (whichever analogy you prefer) through which they can detect which beacon they are closest too. If that psychic doesn’t have time for them/doesn’t understand what to do/doesn’t connect to them etc. they move on to the next beacon. If these Spirits want to, and are capable, they can zoom out and see all these beacons at once. If they choose to do this, they can then decide which psychic they want to visit.
Spirit isn’t particularly picky. There will be times when a spirit returns to a psychic multiple times, but there are also times where it’s kinda like ‘Nice to meet you…see you never again’. If you find the latter happening to you – don’t feel bad. That’s just the way things go sometimes.
Now it’s time for a public service announcement and I’m not going to sugarcoat this: When I say ‘all’ of the spirit world can pick these signals up, I do mean all. The spirit world is nothing to play with. It can be so rewarding to work with Spirit BUT it can literally be worse than your most horrific never-ending nightmare. People can get in over their heads as they dealing with entities they cannot handle. Proceed with caution!
Okay, so after that little psa, know this…I asked Spirit to help me answer this question. I am a psychic medium after all. Here’s the catch though: I know what I’m doing, and yet, I recognize the fact I don’t know everything there is to know about Spirit. I recognize I will never know everything about Spirit. That’s simply not possible. If I feel something is off, even in the tiniest way, I pull the emergency break. Full stop. If my gatekeeper guide says ‘nope’, then I pull the break. No questions asked. It’s an emergency hard pass.
